Set in Tokyo and rooted in the brand’s Japanese heritage, ‘Move your body, move your mind’ celebrates the serenity and simplicity of movement, reminding people that “You don’t need headphones to cancel the noise or a filter to see the world in a better light.”

We filmed in the vibrant urban landscapes of Tokyo, during the magic hours. Our aim was to create a campaign that invites people of all ages and abilities to embrace the idea that movement — whether walking, running, gym or tennis — can be a source of joy, mental clarity, and emotional balance. That exercise needn’t be about pushing limits or enduring hardship —  it can simply be a means to find peace, clarity and balance.
