Agit8 Media Limited Privacy Notice

If you are employed by (or otherwise work for) our client and you work with us to deliver their project, our client is the controller and we are their processor (which means we must follow the instructions they give us).

What we do
Agit8 creates, films and edits promotional video and media content for our clients.
When we receive a brief from our client, we sometimes reach out to our contacts in the creative industry to bring together the best people to deliver their project.
We arrange filming locations and equipment, source actors and technical crew as well as post-production work.

Young people under age of 18
USEFUL TO KNOW : Children have the same legal rights to their information as adults do.
We are especially careful when we receive information about individuals under the age of 18. We delete information we receive unless:
we currently working on or shortly due to start a project which requires child actors
we plan to offer work experience or internship to a young person
However we keep some basic information on file so we can contact the young person (or their agent or responsible adult) about relevant opportunities in the future.
An adult who has parental responsibility for a person aged under 18 (that might be their parents, but it could also be another adult who looks after them, who we call the responsible adult) can ask about how Agit8 Studios use that young person’s information.

How long do we keep your personal data
INFORMATION ABOUT CLIENTS (AND THEIR EMPLOYEES)
We keep personal data about our clients (and key contacts at their business) for 8 years from the date we last delivered a project on their behalf, unless they close their business earlier or let us know one of their personnel no longer works for them.
INFORMATION ABOUT INDUSTRY CONTACTS
If you are an individual who whose expertise we rely on or may like use in the future to help deliver our projects (e.g. talent agents, actors, camera operators, copywriters, art directors, designers, project managers, account management, content editors) we keep your contact details and a summary of your skillset on file until you tell us you’d like us to remove them.
WHERE YOU SIGN UP TO RECEIVE MARKETING
We keep your personal data until you unsubscribe or otherwise ask us to stop contacting you.
WEBSITE VISITORS
We use cookies and pixels on our website. The longest duration of our cookies is 2 years.
USEFUL TO KNOW
Business information (information about our existing or prospective clients) which does not relate to people is not personal data (e.g. company name and type, office address). We keep business information forever.
Your Rights
